Grounded in curiosity.
Guided by you.
I believe meaningful support starts with meeting you where you are.
Rather than trying to fit your experience into a particular framework, we work with what's present, at a pace that feels safe, honest, and sustainable.
My approach is grounded in counselling training, lived experience, and a deep respect for the wisdom of the body. Together, we make sense of your experiences in a way that feels personal, practical, and embodied.
work with me
This is a space to slow down, go inward, and find your own way through.
I work with people who are navigating experiences that have shifted something - whether that's a plant medicine journey, a life transition, a loss, or simply a quiet but persistent feeling that something needs to change.

PREPARATION & INTEGRATION SUPPORT
90 mins - Virtual - $250
For anyone navigating a profound experience before, during, or after.
Whether you're preparing for a plant medicine journey, integrating what came up afterwards, or working through any experience that has cracked something open. This is a space to do that slowly and honestly.
Preparation sessions help you arrive with clarity, understanding your intentions, what to expect emotionally and psychologically, and how to set yourself up for a meaningful experience.
Integration sessions help you make sense of what happened, not by rushing to conclusions, but by sitting with it, finding the threads, and learning how to carry the insights into your actual life.
You don't have to come with a neat story or clear questions. You just have to be willing to look.
HUMAN DESIGN READING
Available by request
A practical tool for self-understanding
A Human Design reading is a deeply personal exploration of how you're wired - how you make decisions, where you find energy, and how to stop living by rules that were never really meant for you.

I use Human Design as a practical tool for self-understanding rather than a fixed label. A reading with me is a conversation. I'm interested in what resonates for you, not in telling you who you are.

Readings are available by request and are particularly useful if you're in a season of transition and trying to reconnect with what feels true for you.
WHAT WORKING TOGETHER LOOKS LIKE
01
Discovery Call
A free 30-minute conversation to connect, ask questions, and explore whether working together feels right.
02
Your First Session
We begin where you are. No forms to fill out, just a conversation. We use the first session to understand what you're carrying and what kind of support will be most useful.
03
Ongoing Sessions
Some people come for one or two sessions. Others work with me over a longer period. We discuss what feels right as we go, there's no fixed commitment.
not sure where to begin?
A discovery call is a good place to start.
A free 20-minute conversation - no pressure, no commitment.
A chance for you to ask questions, get a feel for how I work, and see whether this feels like the right fit.
You don't need to have everything figured out before you reach out.
Preparation Calls

I’ve spent time connecting with individuals ahead of their journeys, offering space to explore whether this path feels right for them.
These conversations go beyond the practical. They’re a chance to tune into readiness, gently clarify intentions, and check in with emotional wellbeing, so each person can step into their experience feeling informed, supported, and held.
Holding Space
in Integration Circles

In these spaces, I’ve seen how powerful it can be to be met with presence, to feel heard, and to be supported in making sense of both the challenging and meaningful parts of the journey. With the right care and guidance, these insights can begin to settle into something that feels more integrated, steady, and real.
Building a Holistic
Approach to Integration

My approach to integration is holistic, recognising that these experiences move through the mind, body, and emotions. It’s not about holding onto every insight, but allowing what feels meaningful to gently take root over time through reflection, grounding, and small shifts in daily life, so what you’ve experienced becomes something you can truly live.
