Week 1

  • Discover - Here is where we learn about you and discover your goals and aspirations for our time together. We identify the challenges and areas for improvement, and create a plan of action for how to actualise your goals.

Week 2

  • Explore - Diving deep into exploring your unique strengths, values how to skilfully and gracefully overcome the inner blockages limiting you from stepping into your power and potential

Week 3

  • Building - We work on building the necessary internal and external resources to optimise your wellness and capacity to create sustainable and meaningful changes so you can fully live out your purpose

Week 4

  • Integrating - We check in with your progress and ensure you have all the tools to integrate the skills and knowledge acquired over the course.

Discover your Design (Level 1 Reading):

In this call, we will go through the basics of your Human Design BodyGraph. You will learn about the basics of Human Design, your energy type, strategy, authority, profile and receive guidance on how you can move through your relationships, business and life using Human Design.
